You board at 5:30 PM — Mood Beach on Mambo Boulevard for the big sailing catamaran (Fridays and Saturdays), Village Marina at Caracasbaai for the intimate power catamaran (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays).
Then the crew does the thing they do well: cruise the coastline, slip through Spanish Water past the yachts and villas, out toward Fuik Bay, and finally turn west so the sun sets straight in front of you. A tropical cocktail is in your hand before you’ve found your seat. Hot and cold bites keep coming.
On the sailing catamaran the sails go up if the wind plays along and the engine goes quiet; on the smaller boat the evening ends with a small party on the front deck. Two and a half hours. Back at the pier as the sky goes purple.
