FAQs
Our Belize trips are day trips, except for an overnight private reef stay. Day trips leave San Pedro on Ambergris Caye and return the same day, from the full-day Hol Chan snorkel tour to evening sunset sails. The overnight catamaran stay anchors at the Belize Barrier Reef, serves dinner and breakfast aboard and returns the next morning.
Private Belize charters start at $1,600 for the whole boat, up to 4 guests. That rate is for the private sunset dinner cruise, with a chef-prepared surf and turf dinner, drinks and all taxes included. Shared seats on the full-day Hol Chan and Caye Caulker tour start from $219 per person.
Yes, you can book a private catamaran from San Pedro for your group only. Choose a private day snorkeling Hol Chan with a Caye Caulker stop, a private Hol Chan day with a chef aboard, the sunset dinner cruise or the overnight reef stay. Drinks are included on all of them.
Yes, the shared Hol Chan catamaran tour is a full-day sail from San Pedro, sold per person. It includes snorkeling at Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Ray Alley, a stop on Caye Caulker, a fresh lunch prepared onboard and unlimited rum punch, beer and soft drinks.
At Hol Chan Marine Reserve you snorkel a reef system with tropical fish and turtles, and at Shark Ray Alley you swim alongside nurse sharks and stingrays. Both stops are on the shared Hol Chan tour and the private Hol Chan charters. The overnight reef stay instead offers an optional golden-hour snorkel on the Belize Barrier Reef.
For snorkel days, wear swimwear under your clothes and bring a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a light cover-up, a camera with a waterproof case and your booking confirmation. On sunset sails, pack a light jacket for after sunset. The overnight reef stay also needs an overnight bag and toiletries.
