Private Yacht to Saona Island – 56ft, Punta Cana

Want to experience this iconic coastline right? Ditch the packed tourist boats. If you're looking for the absolute best excursion Isla Saona offers, you need a private 56-foot luxury yacht. This is a full-day VIP experience built entirely around your schedule for a group of up to 15 people.

We launch right at 10:00 AM from Fisherman's Pier down in La Romana. You step aboard, the captain hits the throttle, and you immediately leave the crowds in your wake. The initial cruise out toward the island is incredible. You'll feel the warm salt spray, catch massive views of the shoreline from the spacious deck, and immediately slip into vacation mode.

Before we reach the main beach, we drop anchor at a quiet, scenic bay. Grab one of our snorkeling masks, jump off the swim platform, and check out the vibrant local marine life in unbelievably clear water.

Then, we hit Saona Island itself. You get two solid hours of dedicated beach time here. Walk the famous white sand, swim in the pristine Caribbean, or just crash in the shade under a palm tree.

The afternoon is all about relaxing. On the way back, we pull into the legendary Palmilla Natural Pool. The water here is waist-deep and perfectly calm. It's the ultimate spot to crack open a cold drink, sync your custom playlist to the yacht's Bluetooth sound system, and just hang out in the middle of the ocean.

Let's talk pricing and logistics. The $4,950 base rate covers the massive 56-foot yacht, your private captain, the crew, and all the fuel. We also stock the coolers with a starter drink package: 16 cold beers, 12 sodas, 12 bottles of water, and plenty of ice.

You handle the food. We actually recommend this approach because it gives you total control over the catering. Bring your own lunch, your favorite snacks, and whatever premium liquor you want to drink. Just remember to pack your own towels and some reef-safe sunscreen.
