About This Tour

Sail Bacalar's romantic private experience is exactly what it sounds like: an entire 30-foot sailing catamaran, four hours, just the two of you. No other guests. No shared schedule. No standard tourist route.

Your captain takes you off the typical Bacalar circuit and into hidden corners of the lagoon:

Canal Xtomoc — a narrow channel with no other boats
Isla de los Cocos — a tiny island most tour groups never visit

You'll anchor in pristine turquoise shallow water, swim with no one watching, and have the place essentially to yourselves.

Onboard: a bottle of wine, fresh ceviche, mixed seasonal berries and fruits, guacamole, and a small romantic surprise the crew prepares while you're swimming or watching the lagoon. (You'll see.) There was so much space on the boat to lounge, relax and put our stuff away. We had a whole day excursion and went to the a shallow pool and Saona Island.
