These terms apply to the Boat Trips Club Creator & Affiliate Program ("the Program"). The Program is run by M L R Concierge Services Co. L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Boat Trips Club", "we", "us"). By applying, you agree to these terms. We may update them, and we'll tell approved creators by email at least 14 days before a change applies.
1. Who can join
- You are 18 or older and run the Instagram or TikTok account you apply with.
- Your audience and views are real. Bought followers, views or engagement mean removal from the Program.
- We review every application and may decline any of them without giving a reason.
2. Your free trip
- If we pick you for a trip, you and one guest get a free spot on a shared boat trip at your destination. In Dubai, it's a yacht trip.
- Dates depend on availability. We agree on the date with you on WhatsApp.
- The trip has no cash value and can't be exchanged, transferred or sold.
- Flights, hotels, transfers, food and drinks not included in the trip, and personal expenses are not covered.
- Trips are run by independent local operators. You and your guest follow the captain's and crew's safety instructions, and sign the same waiver as every guest.
- If weather or safety cancels the trip, we move you to another day or another trip where we can. If you don't show up without telling us, the trip is forfeited.
3. Your content
- Post at least one reel or TikTok from your trip within 7 days.
- Tag @boattripsclub and include your personal link.
- Share your raw clips with us. Send versions without music when you can, because licensed music can't be used in ads.
- Show the trip honestly. Don't make claims about prices, discounts or services we haven't confirmed in writing.
- Share your post insights with us 30 days after posting.
4. Disclosure
Every post about Boat Trips Club must clearly show it's a paid partnership. Use the platform's paid-partnership label, or #ad at the start of the caption. US law (the FTC Endorsement Guides) requires this, and so do Instagram and TikTok.
5. Use of your content
- You keep ownership of your content.
- You give Boat Trips Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for 12 months from posting, to repost, cut, subtitle and use your posted content on our channels and in paid ads. That includes Meta Partnership Ads that run from your handle with your approval.
- For raw clips you send us, the same licence applies with no end date.
- You confirm you have the rights to everything in your content, including music, and permission from anyone who appears in it.
6. Your link and commission
- Every approved creator gets a personal link.
- Your link comes with a code. Anyone who enters your code at checkout gets 5% off the trip price, and the booking counts for you even if they didn't click your link. One discount code per booking: your code can't be combined with other discount codes or referral offers.
- You earn 10% of the trip price of every trip booked through your link or with your code within 30 days of a click. The trip price is the price of the boat trip itself, after your audience's 5% discount. It excludes add-ons, the Flex Booking Guarantee, taxes, processing fees and any part paid with Boat Trips Club credit. When someone clicks more than one creator link, the last click before booking counts; a code entered on the booking counts before any click.
- Commission is earned only once the trip takes place. Cancelled, refunded or no-show bookings earn nothing. Partly refunded bookings earn 10% of the value we keep.
- No commission is paid on:
- your own bookings, or bookings made for you;
- bookings through other travel sites or travel agents;
- free creator trips.
- There's no cap on what you can earn.
7. Payment
- We pay monthly, by bank transfer, for trips that took place in the previous month, once your balance reaches $50 USD. Smaller balances carry over.
- You give us accurate payment details and any tax forms we ask for. You are responsible for your own taxes.
- We may hold a payment while we look into suspected fraud or a breach of these terms.
- If a booking is refunded after we've paid commission on it, we deduct that commission from your next payout.
8. Program rules
You may not:
- bid on "Boat Trips Club" or similar terms in search ads, or run ads that impersonate us;
- post your link on coupon or deal sites, or send it as spam;
- set cookies without a real click (cookie stuffing), or use any trick to claim bookings you didn't drive;
- promise discounts, prices or perks we haven't confirmed in writing.
Breaking these rules means removal from the Program and loss of unpaid commission linked to the breach.
9. Ending the partnership
Either of us can end the partnership at any time by email. We pay commission you have already earned, unless the partnership ended because of a breach of these terms. The content licences in section 5 continue for their full term.
10. Liability
Boat Trips Club is a booking marketplace. Trips are operated by independent local operators. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under the Program is limited to the commission owed to you.
11. Your data
We use the information in your application to review it and to run the Program, as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
