Glide out from Palm Beach to the calm, shallow water of Catalina Bay, where angelfish and damselfish circle the coral just below the surface. It's the easiest snorkeling on the island — the captain works patiently with beginners and children, and all gear and life vests are on board. Cocktails and soft drinks keep coming from the open bar while you hop between spots.
