About This Tour

Discover Zanzibar’s beauty from the ocean on a private full-day catamaran cruise from Kendwa Beach.
Step aboard your private 35-ft Polynesian-style catamaran directly from Kendwa Beach, one of Zanzibar’s most beautiful stretches of sand.
The Pelagic One offers shaded seating, open trampolines, and a toilet onboard — a relaxed and comfortable way to explore the Indian Ocean.

You can choose between two daily departures:

Morning Cruise (09:00 – 13:30) – best light for snorkeling and calm seas.

Afternoon Cruise (13:30 – 18:00) – a chilled sail with golden light, island music, and drinks.

Sail toward Tumbatu Island, anchor near the coral reef, and enjoy time for swimming and snorkeling in crystal-clear water.
Meanwhile, your friendly local crew serves a fresh Swahili-style lunch with mishkakis (grilled skewers), chapati, dhal & guacamole, veggie samosas, and tropical fruit — all complemented by an open bar with beer, wine, soft drinks, and water.

Relax, sunbathe, or dance barefoot on deck as you cruise back toward Kendwa — the perfect half-day escape to enjoy Zanzibar’s beauty from the sea.

Private Tours Refund Policy:
• Cancellations made 72+ hours prior to the excursion: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the excursion: 50% charged
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the excursion: 100% charged

Weather-Related Cancellations:
• Excursions operate rain or shine unless Boat Trips Costa Rica determines that weather
conditions pose a safety risk.
• If Boat Trips Costa Rica cancels an excursion for weather-related reasons, Guests will be
offered:
◦ An alternative date, or
◦ A credit voucher valid for 12 months, or
◦ A full refund if the weather conditions make the excursion unsafe to proceed.
