Plans change we get it. Most experiences can be cancelled up to 24 hours before start time for a full refund. Cancellation terms can vary by experience.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “Guest”, or “you”) and MLR Concierge Services Co LLC, a company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as Boat Trips Club (“Boat Trips Club”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our website or booking any experience through Boat Trips Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not proceed with a booking.

1. Nature of Services

Boat Trips Club operates as a booking platform and facilitator connecting customers with licensed, independent third-party excursion operators (“Operators”).

We do not own or operate vessels.
We do not employ captains or crew.
Each excursion is operated by an independent Operator.

The Operator is solely responsible for:

Vessel safety
Staff conduct
Compliance with local maritime laws
Execution of the excursion

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

2.2 Minors may participate only:

Under adult supervision, and
Subject to Operator rules and local regulations.

2.3 Some excursions may have minimum age restrictions, which will be communicated at booking.

2.4 Alcohol consumption:

Is subject to local law.
Is prohibited for minors.
Excessive intoxication may result in denial of boarding without refund.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Prices may vary by:

Destination
Date
Season
Operator
Demand

3.3 By completing a booking, you confirm:

You are legally authorized to use the payment method.
All information provided is accurate.
You accept these Terms in full.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary by tour, operator, or destination. The specific cancellation policy applicable to your booking will be displayed at checkout and in your confirmation email.

Default Policy (unless otherwise specified):

Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to tour start: Full refund.
Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to tour start: Non-refundable.

5. Flex Cancellation Add-On

If purchased, the Flex Cancellation add-on modifies the default cancellation policy.

5.1 Eligibility

If you cancel within 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time, you will receive digital credit equal to 30% of the original booking subtotal.

5.2 Credit Rules

Valid for 12 months
Non-transferable
Non-refundable
No cash value
Cannot be exchanged for cash

5.3 Credit Usage Cap

Total credits applied to any new booking may not exceed 30% of that booking’s subtotal. The remaining 70% must be paid using a valid payment method.

6. Digital Credits & Promotions

6.1 Credits may be issued for:

Flex cancellations
Promotional campaigns
Goodwill adjustments

6.2 Credits:

Cannot be redeemed for cash
Cannot be transferred
May expire
May be revoked in cases of fraud or abuse

6.3 Boat Trips Club reserves the right to audit credit balances.

7. No-Shows

Failure to appear at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time constitutes a no-show and is non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

8. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that boating, swimming, snorkeling, water sports, and similar activities involve inherent risks including:

Injury
Illness
Drowning
Equipment malfunction
Weather hazards
Property damage
Death

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

9. Liability Waiver & Operator Agreements

9.1 You may be required to sign an additional liability waiver provided by the Operator before participating.

9.2 By booking, you acknowledge that:

The Operator is responsible for the execution of the excursion.
Boat Trips Club is not responsible for operational acts or omissions of Operators.
You release Boat Trips Club from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure to sign required waivers may result in denial of participation without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Boat Trips Club shall not be liable for:

Acts or omissions of Operators
Personal injury or death
Loss or theft of personal property
Weather conditions
Government restrictions
Mechanical failure
Delays or rescheduling
Indirect or consequential damages

In all circumstances, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking.

11. Insurance

Boat Trips Club does not provide medical, travel, or accident insurance.

Customers are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage.

12. Media & Photography

During excursions, photographs or videos may be taken by Operators or crew.

By participating, you grant permission for such images to be used for:

Marketing
Social media
Promotional materials

If you do not wish to appear in media, you must notify the Operator before departure.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond reasonable control including:

Severe weather
Maritime authority decisions
Government regulations
Strikes
Civil unrest
Pandemics

In such cases, alternative dates or credits may be offered.

14. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

Improper chargebacks may result in:

Account suspension
Credit revocation
Recovery of administrative and legal costs

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boat Trips Club from claims arising from:

Your misconduct
Your violation of law
Your breach of these Terms
Your participation in excursions

16. EU Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights applicable under EU law where such rights apply.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

18. Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

19. Updates

Boat Trips Club may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
